Liberty Safes of New Jersey Return Policy
Special Order Cancellation
Liberty Safes of New Jersey allows special orders to be cancelled within 72 hours with a full refund. All monies will be refunded via the original method of payment (except cash and checks). All cash refunds will be made via company check. All personal checks must clear (approximately 14 days) before a company check will be issued. Special orders, that are not regularly stocked items, cancelled within 72 hours are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Returns after delivery
Safes delivered or picked up by the customer are not returnable without prior approval by the store manager. In the event that a return is authorized, due to no fault of Liberty Safes of New Jersey, no credits will be given for delivery or pick-up charges. Safes delivered by Liberty Safes of New Jersey, that are not defective, will be picked up by Liberty Safes of New Jersey for a fee equal to the normal delivery charge, in addition to a 20% restocking fee. If the safe is returned in original new condition and within 72 hours, the balance of the purchase price will be returned after deducting the restocking fee and any delivery and/or pick-up charges.
Vault doors, non-stock, and modified items ARE NOT returnable.
Damaged goods
Please INSPECT all merchandise before you sign for it. In the unusual occurrence that an item arrives damaged, please notify the delivery team or store manager immediately. Arrangements will be made to send a qualified technician to your home to inspect the safe, correct the problem, and provide appropriate service. Liberty Safes of New Jersey reserves the right to repair or replace safes as deemed necessary at their discretion.
